If you're still young and idealistic, it's maybe ok to think like this, as you've likely had nonsense poured into your head for years & little real-world experience. If you're as old as me and you still think this way, there's little hope for you. I have worked for many CEOs, and (surprise!) fewer than 100% of them are sociopaths. Good grief.
