- nullindividual 3y agoDoes this qualify as "no shit, sherlock"? Interfacing with a machine (at best) is never going to provide the introspection another (trained) human can offer. I would bet money on that a close friend would offer better wellbeing outcomes than an app with or without "AI". Feeling miserable? Talk to something that can't understand nor care about your mental health! Capitalism run amok.
