Tell HN: Clevo computer not processing orders

just a heads-up before others get bitten. I ordered a laptop from CLEVO which is the company that supplies a bunch of other "famous" brands (System76, Tuxedo computers, etc) but you can order also directly. I wired the money as per instructions, immediately however in their shop it says the machine is still "awaiting payment processing". While I've been waiting over 1 month now for my order I was getting worried so started reaching out to the support but they are non-responsive (phone, email, nobody even picks up). Their google reviews indicate I'm not the only one who is not getting their deliveries and nearly all comments from the past months are 1-star with the same problem. Would welcome suggestions because I spent a lot of money that I saved up for a long time.
