- hunglee2 3y agoHave there ever been a successful business which operated as a representative democracy (CEO elected on a 4 year cycle, universal suffrage of full time employees)?
- TotalCrackpot 3y agoI don't know if Mondragon is not like this a bit - they have elections to choose managers. But it's still much more flat that typical state structure.
