I’d be shocked if it was. Mostly because these are exactly the kind of bugs you find whenever you go digging into crusty old code. It would be more surprising if the image parsing code wasn’t vulnerable. And while these probably aren’t very hard to exploit, you would probably need to customize the exploit for the specific firmware and firmware version you’re targeting, making the bugs relatively unattractive to exploit en masse across a wide range of systems.
