This is what since several years ago many researchers are obtaining (those ZT=3.1, that is 20% of efficiency? for eventual temperatures) with a mean of ZT=2 as much. Peltier effect cells remain inefficient, they are electricity guzzlers. I don't understand then the article's purpose.
