"The entire Bill of Rights was created to protect rights the original citizens believed were naturally theirs."

- dragonwriter 3y agoThe Bill of Righte contained 12 proposed amendments, 11 of which have been ratified. We've just gotten used to calling it the first 10, because the other one took a long time to ratify.
