Why not offer a choice of expensive on-prem with average support costs baked in vs. cheaper cloud with savings passed to the customers?
- moribvndvs 3y agoIndeed, that’s one of the options we’re looking at, just saying we’re probably going to take a hit because of poor decision making in the past as well as whistling past the graveyard rather than making a tough decision much earlier on.
