EU court lowers requirements for imposing fines for data protection breaches
- jruohonen 3y agoSome interesting legal interpretations, among these the strengthening of the negligence liability doctrine, the conclusion that fines can be imposed also to processors and jointly to joint controllers, and the instruction that the amount of fines should be determined according to the total worldwide annual turnover.
