How long have you been looking for this time?
Personally, it feels harder this time, and most of the recruiters I talk to say the market is weak right now. But I’ve been seriously looking for less than a month, so it’s normal for me to not have found anything yet. I just tell myself that I’ve got through this before.
- mightymosquito 3y agoSince July, 2023 so about 6 months. What's really different this time around is getting interviews is a big problem. Earlier you could get some interviews as well, but this time around its VERY seasonal plus and in general quite difficult.
