Especially in Czechia, which had the most advanced independent indigenous car R&D and manufacturing in the region before the fall of the iron curtain. I get that you are proud of the Romanian industry, which does have its merits, but in CEE it is not one of the biggest ones as you suggested in your GP comment. Czechia is the no.1 player in that field imo.
