What will fill offices is a string of big bankruptcies that allow new owners to lower their cost basis and offer cheaper rent.
- solumunus 3y agoPreferably offices get mass converted into housing, property prices fall and cities can become thriving, beautiful social hubs with better infrastructure and lower pollution.
