I would argue this is clearly safer then an F-150 and those are legal. The reason being the nose is far higher and that's usually what kill you. It makes a huge difference if you go over a car or not. So unless I see some real testing that shows that this is less safe then an F-150 that's my assumtion. The Cybertruck also has far better visability, with a F-150 you literally can't see a huge space in front of the car. That said, generally I am against these trucks and we should do everything to make them less common. Im wouldn't be sad to not see them here in Europe. There are far better vehicles for work and construction.
