I'm not aware of any personal vehicle you can legally drive in the EU which weight that much. It's outside of a normal car driving license if it's even allowed

I'm not aware of any personal vehicle you can legally drive in the EU which weight that much. It's outside of a normal car driving license if it's even allowed at all. You would need an actual truck license which nobody has apart from truck and bus drivers.
