If someone were to look for a web developer job these days, is Django the framework to focus on if you want a project that has a decent quality of life and is easy to get a job doing? I assume it's between that and Rails. Alternatively, if I already have a ton of web framework experience and desperately want to move on to something different, what are some natural areas to extend into to stop working for agencies making crappy websites for small businesses?
