Because the tech community no longer use Microsoft products?
- gouranga 15y agoThe narcissistic, English speaking, vocal and startup side of the tech community don't. The rest of us do.
- qxcv 15y agoGP has a valid point, Windows usership is less prevalent amongst those with the technical know-how to install and use Windows alternatives than in the general public. Google don't have a vested interest in operating system compatibility outside of mobile, meaning that they can open themselves up to a larger potential market than Microsoft have with Skydrive.
