I would wager that minimum rent becomes close to if not $1000.
- red-iron-pine 3y agoand? minimum rent becomes the government stipend so you now live rent-free. the cash you make at your otherwise crappy, barely-keep-the-lights-on minimum-wage job is now going to pay for other things.
- mbrumlow 3y agoYou failed to think that land lords already make money. They can get what they have plus the government minimum. This would essentially be a wealth transfer from tax payers to land owners.
