Interesting timing considering the on-going process of unionizing.
- u320 3y agoI don't see how it's related. If anything this will accelerate that.
- benterix 3y agoThis is one bit I don't understand. You either unionize or don't. If you do, you do it fast or you lose it. All management hates unions, and especially the management of SV companies. They will do everything to crush it. So you either do it fast or lose employees as the management will attack first.
- occz 3y agoIt will be interesting to see whether this reinvigorates the unionization push that followed the layoffs early this year.
