I got a "Happy Light" for my desk that is 10k Lumens. could that be damaging my eyes?
- jacquesm 3y agoLink to that particular product please? I'll see if I can suss out the spectral emissions. In general, with lights that bright you probably don't want to be looking directly into them anyway, and you may want to add a diffusor if it isn't built in already.
