I love stuff like this. You have the space, you have most of the parts already, take figure out what is commonly used in proximity to the thing you're making and see if you can converge them. I see a lot of keyboards with OLEDs, one with force sensitivity, USB hubs, and stuff like that. There's some real potential Perhaps one day I'll have to get into mechanical keyboards!
