  > Will this be the last Christmas you can get an Apple Watch? I don’t understand why this hyperbolic title is needed; the patent infringement dispute is over pulse oximetry, right? If compelled to do so, would Apple not just remove that feature and keep selling the watch? I own one such Apple Watch; as far as I know it has no ability to estimate arterial O2 saturation.
