The port would report them to the part of the police that’s not corrupt, which as a Belgian, I like to think is most of the Antwerp police. I have a hard time believing this story to be honest, most police corruption here would probably be a lot more covert, e.g. in the form of providing information or turning a blind eye at the right time. Someone else already asked for a source and it’s yet to show up.
