Cocaine was always easily available in Antwerp from my experience (~1995-2010). More so than weed which was always a little surprising given it’s not far to the Dutch border. Friends of mine worked at customs both for the Belgian authorities and the US ones. Antwerp did have a reputation for corruption. There’s too much money involved.
