Show HN: Use eInk display module for coding with low latency
- p2hari 3y agoJust wanted to say thanks for this. I may not be using this immediately, however, I always wanted to know what it would be to have one. Looks like the latency is decent compared to LCD.
- cchance 3y agoI don't understand how they're doing such fast updates on eink, is this just because its doing super small partial updates? Also based on the chinese site the 13" is only 12$?
- jokethrowaway 3y agoNo, it's ~310$ from China, ~$410 in USA. You were converting from japanese yen
- jasonjmcghee 3y agoSuper interesting project. I love the idea of crazy low power low latency color e-ink in the future. And this is definitely a good demonstration of our progress. For now, that ghosting would kill me if I tried to use it as my main driver.
