For me, seeing text in a dream is an immediate tell because it makes no sense and when you look away, and look again, the text is different. Our brains seem to cat /dev/random anytime we are dreaming and the dream requires, like seeing magazines at the checkout of a grocery store. So...I'm skeptical.
