I find it hard to believe the FAA cannot recruit enough controllers. Why not start recruiting and training in high school to capture talent early?
- ragingrobot 3y agoIt's not that they cannot. It's more that they will not - until it backfires. It makes more sense, in terms of money, to have fewer people. It spans many sectors, not just public, not just the FAA.
