Got mine very recently as a side effect of taking Bupropion (Wellbutrin). At 150mg I had no side effects and it was working well (for ~12 months). Then Doc upped it to 300mg and with in 2 weeks silence no longer existed. Went back down to 150mg but Tinnitus is still there after 2 months lets see. Kinda gotta say that if it doesn't get worse its worth the positive effects of Bupropion still annoying to be in that 1% group with the side effect
