- cpncrunch 3y agoNot really. It is a summary of the reason for what happened, taken from that article. That is a very long article which covers many things, whereas this story gets to the crux of the issue. You can see in the comments in the main article that the top-voted comment completely misses the point: "have established that the board's actions were based not on a single event but rather on general, long-term, underspecified concerns," (which doesn't seem to be the case).
