- DontchaKnowit 3y agoTheir employees do pretty good as well. But hey here's a novel Idea - Any average Joe can run his/her own company and then he doesn't have to be an hourly employee. This is true of many trades : garbage disposal, painting, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
