I didn't need education vouchers, I had a full ride off of my academic achievement. Money for effective therapy and stable housing, however... The point of currency is the fungibility. Everyone has different needs, that (I'm told) no bureaucracy is equipped to manage. So, no, not vouchers. Cash. And then we focus on the social and communal aspects of people being equipped to make smart decisions with it.
