Something I never quite realized – Johny Srouji's been at Apple for a while, even it looks like before the PA Semi acquisition. Keeping up with the chip industry is one thing; keeping up with the chip industry in an organization like Apple is another. As a source of both continuity, and in terms of influence on Apple's long-term vision as a company, that's amazing.
