I agree. My gut would be that we are able to hear of more folks that are not "fulfilled" by their job. But it is really hard to hold some thoughts in my head about how this is really new. Worse, I think, is that it sells to tell people how bad off things are. Which seems to be driving even worse moods and outlooks along the way.
