I have some 3D printed PEEK laying on my desk right now. Strong material, but difficult to print like most high performance polymeres. These melt at a high temperature and this often leads to stress when the material cools down after being extruded. For many shapes designs this leads to deformaties that even after annealing cannot be prevented.
