Ask HN: Is Nextdns Abandonware?

I've been raving about nextdns here on HN for a few years now and have always loved the concept ... But now, I finally have my first support issue and there is nowhere to go. I've upgraded to "business" pricing and pay monthly, etc., but there is not even a support email address. Folks on reddit are pessimistic about getting any human support and hint at the entire business being on autopilot. Does anyone have any insight here ? Not only would I like to stop pointing folks to this service if, indeed, it is impossible to receive support but I would also like to hear if there are equivalent services out there I should consider ...
