The article mentions that it is intended as a stop-gap measure until proper repairs can be performed. So I think that as long as it is less destabilizing than the pothole itself, it serves its purpose.
- barrkel 15y agoI'd be less concerned except that they take pains to say that the bags should be coloured the same as the road, so that drivers don't take any action to avoid them. But motorcyclists depend on road surface that looks good, being good.
