  It's a very nuanced meaning, for lack of a better description I'll just quote Wikipedia: Lived experience refers to the first-hand involvement or direct experiences and choices of a given person, and the knowledge that they gain from it, as opposed to the knowledge a given person gains from second-hand or mediated source. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lived_experience https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lived_experience This meaning can be usually be inferred from context but not always. Think of it as declared types vs inferred types.
