- mindslight 3y agoI think you struck a nerve! In my younger days I thought it would be neat to build an electromagnetic grapple to latch onto semi trucks. Add even more drag with the alternator to power the magnet. Perhaps even some control loop to maintain a close distance without actually touching. With an electric vehicle it seems even better because you could add even more drag and recharge.
