eBPF – Introduction, Tutorials and Community Resources
- synicalx 3y agoMaybe more of a niche audience given its from SREcon, but this talk by Liz Rice is a good intro for eBPF as well if you're more of a video person - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbkiQhokBBo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lbkiQhokBBo
- diarrhea 3y agoJust curious, but in what sense is it niche?
- synicalx 3y agoThe applications talked about later in the keynote are maybe more applicable to SRE's or other folks fiddling with lower level kernel stuff. But I guess that's kind of the whole thing about eBPF so maybe in comparison to the target audience it's not niche? In my mind I always think of things from SREcon as niche since it's such a targeted conference, but in this case that might not really be an accurate assumption.
- dmart 3y agoWhat a bizarre website. A documentary video, a children's book, but not a single line of example code. I tried to find a tutorial (Learn > Get Started) and got bounced to a different website with a contact detail collection wall.
- xylophile 3y agoI didn't look long, but the blog ( https://ebpf.io/blog/ https://ebpf.io/blog/ ) is actually an rss reader from other sites, some of which are great.
