this kills me every time, specially since I live in a different country, so I can't see them much more than that
- dave333 3y agoSet up a regular zoom meeting - maybe a meal like Sunday lunch each with a laptop across the table.
- FalconSensei 3y agoI do video calls every other day. But it's different than being in the same room :/
- WirelessGigabit 3y agoSame here. 9 hour time difference. Mom is 70. I try to thank her every time I call with her, and apologize for being an ass. But what hurts me the most is that I can't help her. I can't fix the computer, or clear the gutters. You know, things that an adult son should be doing. Nor can I invite her for coffee. Well, actually, she'd come around unannounced, via the gate, not using the front door. I got angry about that multiple times. But now, I would be really happy.
