I am almost exactly this age and almost exactly agree with all of these. I can't even pick a single one to argue with. I'll pick this as a favourite; "17. All kids ever want is you. Your full undivided attention. Even twenty minutes of that in a day is better than a whole afternoon of scrappy conversations and phone scrolling." So much friction with kids is solved by giving them undivided attention (even briefly).
