- mnw21cam 3y agoDocument the abuse, collect enough evidence, quit, then sue them for constructive dismissal.
- Simon_ORourke 3y agoConstructive dismissal is typically a couple of years salary at best. If the company doesn't care about the bad PR from the legal proceedings then it's just a hard graft for little benefit and lots of potential downside.
