- epistasis 15y agoSearch is a popular internet service, of which Google is the primary, and for most people, only entry point. Unlike other internet services, such as Usenet or the web or email, there's a single actor that controls the vast majority of search. What's more, this actor will arbitrarily stop listing legitimate websites without explanation, they maintain little to no customer service force to deal with the cases where they mess up, and they seem to not care whatsoever.
