It is something to want to regulate something that doesn't really exist yet and may never exist in the sense envisioned. "Representatives also alleged that smaller music creators on such platforms are not being given enough financial support and want the EU to force streaming giants to increase payments to artists." Depending on which side you sit on this table, this proposal, on the other hand, is either reasonable or unreasonable.
