If you compare artificial intelligence with natural stupidity (or rather natural I-don't-give-a-shit), this is bound to happen. Both give wrong answers, but the answers made up by LLMs at least sound more convincing...
- prmoustache 3y agoBiggest issue is an LLM will often lead you to a dead end or unsatisfying answer and will quit the call abruptly while sometimes with humans you can escalate to a manager.
- shiroiuma 3y agoThe LLMs are also much more polite and well-spoken.
