Some NDAs are worded to excluded any information available publicly attainable from third party or if the client makes it public.
- joshu 15y agoSo? I make you sign an NDA to hear my TOTALLY REVOLUTIONARY idea. You sign it. And then I tell you, we're going to do [incredibly obvious thing related to your current business]. If you then go and do it (like I said, it was obvious) I sue you for taking my idea. Oops?
