I agree with the advice up to a point, but I'd like it more if I came from a background where people can prop up entire banks by shuffling investment properties around, rather than the advice coming from there. It's easier to view tragedy as something you can pick yourself up from when massive tragedy aren't mere punctuation points of the constant tragedy that is your own total immiseration.
