Listen more than you talk. Listen to first hand sources. Don't put an expectation on the oppressed to do all the work. Amplify their voices rather than putting your own voice first. I trust that if I listen with an open heart and come from a peace of good intention then I will do the right thing. It's certainly better than any alternative I could imagine for myself.
