What a puff piece for ownership 8-/ It is amazing, that the decline in job satisfaction they describe is between 2020 and now. In 2020 almost all s/w jobs were remote, now it's almost impossible to find fully remote work, and yet somehow remote work is why people are dissatisfied? I would say the LACK of remote work is a significant cause of this dissatisfaction...
