I much prefer somebody expressing irration in a direct way, even if this can be aggressive. Because it ends there. Passieve aggressiveness is a damocles sword.

I much prefer somebody expressing irration in a direct way, even if this can be aggressive. Because it ends there.

- twelve40 3y agoOutside of weird edge cases, most aggression has a root cause. If the root cause is not removed, how is it that it magically "ends there"? expressing irritation seems like only the beginning and not the end at all.
