The guy holds it up briefly on the video - it's clearly a prototype, but it's a small black box, open on two sides, one side with dual db9 ports, the other with the usual sbc ports, usb, hdmi, etc etc Don't know which sbc it is, but it looks pretty simple, with the db9 looking to perhaps be a daughterboard/hat/extension hooking up to GPIO type connectivity at a guess I suspect most of the development is in the software with the GUI, and licensing various packages etc.
